Skills and learning for health
At BrainKlast, we’ve created spaces for reflection and enjoyment, such as our Green Club or Health Club. Every Friday evening, we hold a “ludic meeting” for two hours—a time dedicated to activities like board games, exercise, dance, movies, book discussions, painting, and more. These gatherings allow us to explore a variety of topics and build a social network that aligns with our commitment to wellness and fitness. The cultural diversity of our patients brings new perspectives to each meeting, fostering daily discovery and learning. In addition to these social activities, we encourage self-care by promoting education from trustworthy sources. Our seminars and workshops are designed with varying levels of complexity and engage participants through nontraditional learning methods. At BrainKlast, we believe that learning about health should be enjoyable and accessible. Health is a journey built on individual experiences, but it also involves the support of family and friends, helping to reshape beliefs, habits, and knowledge. Together, let’s enhance our experience in healthcare.
